How to Choose a Digital Marketing Institute in Navi Mumbai

A checklist you can use at any institute, including the questions that make weak ones uncomfortable.

6 min read

Every institute claims practical training, expert faculty and 100% placement. Since everyone says it, none of it helps you choose. Here is what to check instead — and yes, apply this to us too.

Attend a demo class, not a counselling call

A counselling call is a sales conversation. A demo class is the product. Ask to sit in on a real session with real students. An institute that will not let you is telling you something.

While you are there: how many students are in the room, is anyone asking questions, and is the trainer teaching or reading slides?

The checklist

Batch size. Ask for the number, not "small batches". Above roughly 15, individual attention stops being possible.

Live accounts. Will you get a real website, a real ad account, a real budget? Ask to see what a previous student produced. Screenshots of someone else's dashboard are not the same thing.

Who teaches. Practising marketers or full-time trainers? Ask what the trainer worked on last month. A vague answer is an answer.

Syllabus freshness. Ask when it was last revised and what changed. If AI tools, GA4 and Performance Max are absent, the syllabus is years stale and you will be learning to use tools that no longer exist in that form.

What "placement assistance" means. Make them list the activities. Resume sessions, mock interviews, employer introductions — those are real. The phrase repeated back at you is not.

After the course. Can you return with questions? Sit in on updated sessions? The platforms change constantly; an institute that disappears at the certificate has sold you a snapshot.

Red flags

  • A guaranteed job in writing. Nobody controls an employer's decision.
  • Today-only pricing. The original number was inflated.
  • No demo class permitted. They know the room does not sell itself.
  • Reviews that all read alike, posted in the same week, with no specifics.
  • Salary figures with no range and no caveat. Honest institutes give you a band and tell you it depends.

Two things that matter more than the brochure

Location. You will make this journey twice a week for months. An institute 40 minutes further away has a completion rate problem you will discover personally, in month three.

Batch timing. If you are working or studying, a batch that fits badly is a course you will quietly stop attending. Ask what happens when you miss a class — a recording is not the same as the lecture being re-run for you.

Then compare honestly

Shortlist three. Demo at all three. Ask every question above. The right answer is often not the cheapest or the most famous — it is the room where you can picture yourself actually turning up for six months.

If you would like to run that test on us, the demo class is free and nobody will ask you to decide on the day.

Come and see a class before you decide

Everything above is easier to judge from inside a classroom. Sit in on a real session at our Vashi centre — free, no obligation, and nobody will ask you to enrol on the day.
